TEAM LIFEDREAM -
dogs as way of life since 2000
Welcome to explore kennel Lifedream. To me,
life with company of dogs has always been a interesting
opportunity to follow another specie closely. My passion in life
is ethology, study of animal behaviour. Surprisingly, for
mans best friend, dog is rather little studied animal what comes
to natural behaviour. There are over four hundred million dogs
and most of them live their life as stray dogs. From this point
of view, my life with a pack of dogs is interesting and very
giving.
As a breeder, it is really important for me to aim comprehensive
breeding maintaining mental and physical properties typical for
the breed. One of the most important values of mine is that I
would like to know first hand the dogs used in my breeding
program and their background.

Team Lifedream - koirat elämäntapana vuodesta 2000
Tervetuloa
tutustumaan kennel Lifedreamin toimintaan. Minulle elämä koirien
parissa on aina ollut mielenkiintoinen mahdollisuus saada seurata
toisen eläinlajin käyttäytymistä läheltä. Intohimonani on etologia,
eläinten käyttäytymistä tutkiva biologian haara. Ihmisen parhaana
ystävänä tunnettu koira on yllättävän vähän biologisesti tukittu
eläin. Maailmassa on karkeasti arvioiden neljäsataa miljoonaa koiraa,
joista suurin osa elää kulkukoirina tai kyläkoirina. Tältä pohjalta
elämäni koiralauman kanssa on kiehtovaa ja erittäin antavaa. Minulle
on tärkeää pyrkiä kokonaisvaltaiseen jalostukseen ylläpitämällä
rodulle ominaisia piirteitä liittyvät ne sitten luonteeseen,
rakenteeseen tai terveyteen. Yksi tärkeimpiä arvojani kasvattajana on,
että tuntisin paitsi jalostuskoiran yksilönä, myös sen taustat
henkilökohtaisesti.
